The Geneseo men's soccer team split two games this weekend on their way to narrowly clinching a SUNYAC playoff berth, losing a tough game against Buffalo State 3-2 on Friday before rebounding on Saturday with a 1-0 victory over SUNY Fredonia. Friday afternoon's rain-soaked contest featured a physical, high-tempered battle as the Knights rallied but failed to hold off the Bengals in the second half.

The Geneseo Ice Knights traveled to Pennsylvania this past weekend and opened their season with two losses at the hands of defending national champion Neumann University, to scores of 6-2 and 2-0. Geneseo entered the weekend with the same high expectations the Ice Knights have come to be known for.
Dolphins at Jets This game features the league's top two rushing offenses, so expect a grinding game with some explosive runs mixed in. Last time these teams met, the Jets lost with just seconds remaining to yet another Ronnie Brown touchdown.
